PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT & CONSULTANCY

"Sharing the science of childhood
with the adults who shape it"

Dr Siobhan's workshops and coaching sessions help educators make sense of what they're seeing in the classroom through the lens of developmental science. Educators consistently tell us that her sessions leave them feeling validated, energised and equipped with strategies they can use the very next day.

Development Sessions

Our Professional Learning & Development sessions are customised to address common challenges faced by educators, including:

  • Emotional development and regulation

  • Attachment and building secure relationships

  • Play-based learning and its benefits

  • Supporting educator and child mental health and wellbeing

  • Enhancing educator confidence and skills

We also offer On-the-Floor Coaching to support educators in real time as they implement these ideas within their own environments. Coaching sessions focus on responsive practice, relationship building and practical strategies that fit the rhythms of each room.
