Even as adults, accurately identifying our emotions can be harder than it sounds. We sometimes might struggle to identify exactly what we feel, and the most obvious label might not be the most correct one.

Emotion cards are a great visual aid to help children discuss and talk about their feelings. This is especially useful as young children may not always have the words to explain how they're feeling.

In this pack you will get 18 cards, each with a character depicting a different emotion.

The pack also includes an explanation of the neuroscience behind emotion labelling and 8 examples of how you can use them to explore and talk about emotions with your child.
